Happy Fridays and home made flavoured lattes

Happy Friday!!
I stumbled on the HomeSense website today -and came across their blog – their recent posts are all about coffee and I do love my coffee.
Check out HomeSense, their shops are filled with reasonably priced interior goodies and their blog is pretty cool too.www.bloghomesense.com  It’s all about creating that warm, hip coffee shop interior in your own home- coupled with how to make your own flavoured lattes.
If you fancy a kick to your home made latte, try out their tips –

Vanilla latte –  A shot of sweet syrup or extract will do the trick.

Pumpkin pie latte – Pumpkin pie spice is made from cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and all-spice. Mix four tea spoons of each, then flavour your coffee to taste.

Caramel flavour – Add a scoop of caramel ice cream and watch it melt. Delicious!
Ohhh I do love coffee shop interiors…and vintage milk bottles….. When I lived in New Zealand in Auckland, I was lucky enough to live right next to a Milk and Cookie Bar – called ‘Moustache.’  The interior in this place is awesome! They’ve got vintage milk bottles hanging from the ceiling as lights and a chalk board which details all their yummy delights- and boy are they yummy!!
